Withdrawal requests are subject to the minimum withdrawal amount displayed within the application.

Processing times may vary depending on the selected payout method and operational requirements.

CEO Cash reserves the right to verify any reward or withdrawal request before processing it.

• Use CEO Cash for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the reward system.
• Use automated software, bots or scripts.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Abuse referral programs.
• Attempt to access accounts belonging to other users.
• Reverse engineer or modify any part of CEO Cash.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

If we reasonably believe that a user has engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using false information.
• Manipulating offers or rewards.
• Using VPNs, proxies or similar technologies to bypass restrictions.
• Exploiting bugs or unintended system behavior.
• Generating fake referrals.

CEO Cash reserves the right to:

• Cancel pending or processed rewards.
• Cancel withdrawal requests.
• Remove credited rewards without refunding the associated credits.
• Permanently suspend or terminate the account.

These decisions are made to protect the integrity of the platform and other users.

Completion requirements, availability, eligibility and reward approval are determined by the respective providers.

CEO Cash is not responsible for:

• Changes made by third-party providers.
• Rejected offer completions.
• Offer availability.
• Technical issues affecting third-party services.

Users must also comply with the terms and conditions of those providers.

• Branding.
• Software.
• Design.
• Graphics.
• Text.
• User interface.
• Source code.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any part of CEO Cash without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

CEO Cash may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, access to the account may be revoked immediately, and any pending rewards or withdrawals may be cancelled where permitted by these Terms.

Where required by applicable law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable legislation.

When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the website, the application or other appropriate communication channels.

Continued use of CEO Cash after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
