Delete your CEO Cash account

Request the deletion of your CEO Cash account and its associated personal data.

You can delete your account directly in the CEO Cash app.

If you no longer have access to the app, request deletion at https://www.ceo-cash.com/delete-account. Enter the email address linked to your account and we will send you a one-time code to confirm the deletion.

If an account exists for this email, we'll email you a one-time confirmation code.

What data is deleted

When we process your request, we delete:

  • Your account and login credentials.
  • Your profile information (name, email address, profile picture and language).
  • Your balance, points and withdrawal progress.
  • Your activity, rewards and withdrawal history.
  • Referral information linked to your account.
  • Device and advertising identifiers and your app preferences.

What data may be retained

We may keep certain records where we have a legal, tax, accounting, security or fraud-prevention obligation:

  • Reward and withdrawal records, to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Anti-fraud, abuse and security records, based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
  • Any data we are required to keep by law or because of an ongoing claim.

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose and/or for the period required by applicable law.

Data that is no longer necessary is deleted or anonymised as soon as reasonably possible.
